Conduct Workflow – How to associate a secretary to a grade level principal in the conduct workflow.

 

Make sure that the grade level principal and the secretary have the conduct manager security role.  District view, Admin top tab, users side tab.  Locate the person and click the Roles leaf.

 

Click the Conduct Manager link to identify which schools this applies to.

 

 

The association between the grade level principal and the secretary occurs in the Grade Level Principal reference table.

Go to District view, Admin top tab, Data Dictionary side tab, Reference tab.

Search for the reference table called Grade Level Principal.

Select that reference table and click the codes leaf.

Click Options, Modify List.

Click the blue pencil at the top of the column to make the field available to be updated.

Click the green checkmark at the top when you are done so that your changes are saved.

The local ID is the local ID of the grade level principal.   This is the Employee ID in nVision.   

The Clerk Local ID is the local ID of the secretary.
