Main office staff and administrators have the ability to create guest wifi accounts.  To do so, open the “Create Guest Wifi Account” icon on your desktop.  If you do not see this shortcut and need access to create accounts please email helpdesk@scolonie.org.


You will see this login page:



Login with your Windows username (no @scolonie.org) and password.   You will be brought to the “Create Account” page.  Put in the guest’s first name, last name, e-mail address, and reason for visit. 


Under “Access Information” you can set how long the account is good for - if it’s a single day visitor it should only be 1, but if they will be back you can leave the account active for up to 3 months.    The default timespan begins at the time of account creation but you can set a date range in the future as well. Click Create. 


Once created it will show you the password - you can either provide this to them verbally, or click the "Notify" link and have the credentials emailed directly to them.


The guest can join SC-Guest with these credentials.
