Make sure that the folder C:\Aspen\Imports exists on your computer. 

Go to \\dofs02\production\New Student System\Aspen

Open studentMaintenance.accdb

Open the module modCreateRelatedStudents. 

Place the cursor at the start of the procedure and click the green run arrow at the top to execute the code.  This will place a file called updateStudent_Student.csv in your C:\Aspen\Imports folder. 

Get into Aspen and go to district view, Tools top tab, Imports side tab. 

Find the import called “Related Student Update”.   Click Options, run and choose the file updateStudent_Student.csv in your C:\Aspen\Imports folder.
