The email address we have listed in Aspen is how we share information with families. Please follow the instructions below to verify we have the correct email address.
Go to https://aspen.southcolonieschools.org and login as your parent account. If you do not know your login information please submit a ticket. If you are logging in via a phone touch the 3 bars in the upper left corner and touch "View Full Site" to view the desktop version of the site.
Once logged in you will see your name in the upper right corner. Click it and click on Set Preferences.
In the window that pops up click on the "Security" tab
Once in the "Security" tab, a primary email and an alternate email will be listed.
These email addresses are what we use to disseminate information. Note that these addresses are on an individual level - if you and a significant other are associated with a student then you would both have individual logins for Aspen and can verify your information separately.
