Access to Aspen is automatically provided after registering your student with the district.  Within a week of registration you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to activate your account.  The subject of the email is "South Colonie Aspen Account Information", please check your spam folder if you are expecting an email but have yet to receive credentials.  


The email will contain a security code and a link leading to this site and will contain a security code.  You will use this security code and your last name to create an account.


If you are not new to the district and need help accessing your Aspen account please start with the "Trouble logging in?" link on the Aspen login screen.  From there, use the "Retrive your login ID" or "Reset your password" links to gain access to your account.


If you are still having issues or you have an issue within your Aspen account please submit an IT request.
