Connecting to Printers
To connect to a printer or copier in your building double click on the "Connect to Printers" icon on your desktop.
A list of printers will come up. The first two characters indicate the building the printer is in followed by the room location. Double click on the printer you would like to use. Once it connects you will always have that printer as an option on your computer.
This is the only way to properly connect to a district printer or copier.
